Q: How do I retrieve my Apple ID password if I no longer have the email address or security questions associated with the account
The company I work for supplies our phones. We recently underwent some upgrades with personalized email accounts. Before we had generic email accounts. The generic email accounts are the ones associated with our Apple id's. I am interested in deleting the generic email Apple ID and replacing it with a new one. However, my apple account has been locked due to forgetting the password and not knowing the answers to the security questions. Is it possible to change the password to this Apple ID without having the email address or knowledge of the security questions?
