Q: trying to restore backup for Iphone6

trying to restore backup for my iPhone 6.  plug in phone and computer says I need to load latest level of itunes

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.3, using microsoft desktop

What iTunes version do you have? The latest is 12.4.3. Try updating to it.

What OS are you using on your computer? You may need to update the OS on your computer before you can download the latest iTunes.
