Or, use

cmd-c to copy any effects from a clip

cmd-shift-v to paste all/or a selection of those effects to other clip(s).

I am not sure what you mean by "sequence" here, but you can easily reuse a specific combination of effects. Just apply and adjust the effects as you want them and then click the "Save Effects Preset" button and give it a name. It will be there for you in the effects browser just as any other effect.

Give it a name, a category and click Save.
