Have you tried uninstalling rebooting and reinstalling.

Aug 2, 2016 7:42 AM in response to lllaassby erikfromantwerpen,Indeed i am trying to sync it, but when i open the Tolino icon on my MBP screen (or in the Finder menu) it immediately disappears and the "sync" is gone !?!
My wife has the OS X El Capitan 10.11.5 and my version is 10.11.6.

- If you do not have a backup use disk utility to restore the internal disk to an external disk so you can try to recover data.
Then format the startup disk and do a fresh install of OSX
