why is music library not syncing with new ipod touch

My i tunes music library is composed of store purchases (i tunes and Amazon) plus tracks uploaded from cd's and vinyl. I access it via a desktop pc using Windows Vista.I had been using an i pod nano which held the complete library and sync'd to include new additions when I linked it to the pc. I recently bought an i pod touch (iOS 9.3.3) but when I sync it, all that it accesses are the purchases via i tunes store. I want to access the complete library so can anyone help me please?

iPod touch, iOS 9.3.3, 32GB

Maybe it is time for you to upgrade your iTunes? So install the latest iTunes and try it again. Or try a third-party program to solve this problem.

1. Install the software and plug your new iPod Touch to laptop, then your device will be detected and listed in the interface.

2. Choose "Music" and mark the songs you want and click "Export" on the top of the interface to import your music to your iTunes.

Done! This is how to sync iTunes Library to iPod.

Hope this can help you.
