Q: guys i need help last night i tried to install alcapitan update to my macbook pro but it didnt work and it get me a message you installation can not be finshed i need help please
Guys i need help please,
Last night i tried to install alcapitan update to my macbook pro but it didnt work it gets me a message ( your installation can not be finshed ) and alot of many things and when i try to strt my macbook again it keeps installing the updat and then get the message again..
I need help please

about all I can think of right now is to boot off of the recovery partition. Reboot your computer, hold down command +R keys, until it says booting from Recovery partition. then run Disk Utility and disk first aid, maybe repair permissions. hopefully that fixes some stuff, then try getting the El Capitan update. You might want to do it over Ethernet rather than Wifi (which can be slower)
