Q: warranty on changed battery for MBP 2013

What is the warranty on a newly replaced battery at apple? I had the apple service change the battery of my 2013  MBP 13 inche  as it was integrated with the keyboard. After 4 month the battery does not hold any charge at all. The repair center said they only cover for 90 days. Can this be true for a $250 replacement part???
