The front camera lens on my iphone 6 (space gray model) appears to have misaligned, and looks like a crescent moon. My warranty expired in Nov 2015. This appears to be a manufacturing defect....has anyone else experienced this? And will Apple replace it out of warranty?

I had first observed this problem withing 3 months from my iphone 6 purchse in Nov 2016. Since then I have got my phone 4 times replaced from Apple care within the warranty period but still the problem exists. So in my opinion this is a big disappointment for me for a product like iphone that cannot fix this issue.
