Full Keyboard Navigation Bug and Album Art Mini Player

Two issues I'm getting in iTunes for Windows 10

Issue 1

When I switch to the album art mini-player, the controls do not auto-hide on deselect (or ever.) My guess is this is associated with keyboard navigation because when I switch to the album art mini-player the play button has a dotted outline for keyboard focus. If I hit tab the keyboard focus switches all throughout the window. The Esc key does not remove keyboard focus as it traditionally does. Deselecting hides the keyboard focus box, but the controls do not auto-hide and the focus box reappears on reselect.

Issue 2

I cannot turn off Full Keyboard Navigation in preferences. Edit>Preferences>Advanced and unchecking "Enable full keyboard navigation," clicking OK, and returning to the Advanced Preferences menu shows the box still checked. I'm not getting this bug on any other selection.

Any way to fix either of these issues?
