Apple did not "block" your country. Apple does not do business in your country. You want to know why? Ask your government. They do not exactly go out of their way to attract foreign businesses.

They ought to... that way, they could get boatloads of products INTO the country, confiscate 'em, then sell on the black market OUTSIDE the country... pretty good scam if you ask me.
