    Hi Shankey Paris,

Unfortunately, as this is a security feature, there is not much you can do without knowing the Apple ID (https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid#!&section=appleid). Try to remember which email you may have used back when you created the Apple ID.

If you have another device you used your Apple ID with in the past, it may still show up in your settings for an Apple service or another. I recommend going down the list in this article : What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support. I know the article is made for people who just changed their Apple ID, but it's really useful because it tells you all the different places on a device where you could see your Apple ID.

If this doesn't help, contact Apple Support (see https://getsupport.apple.com/). They will likely start by attempting to locate your Apple ID based on the information you have. If they cannot locate your Apple ID, they will normally offer you to send a request for your device to be removed from the Find My iPhone system (you will need a proof of purchase). This will not give you access to your Apple ID but you will be able to erase the device and activate it. If you want to go down that route but lost your proof of purchase, try to remember who sold it to you. Many carriers and electronic stores keep a record of every transaction.

    Good luck!
