Q: How can I get Siri to search all old & new texts and messages for specific keywords ?

How can I get Siri to search all old & new texts and messages for specific keywords ? And I mean not just the titles or names or beginning sentences of these items... I mean the whole thing top to bottom....

I've managed to loose track of several notes and texts that I know for sure that I've never deleted .... But no matter how much I look I can't find them. But no matter what I try and or say I can't get Siri to help me search my phone for these. Anyone PLEASE HELP!!!

or is there any other way to accomplish this kind of search so I may be able to find what I've misplaced?

    Greetings, Jackdaw11!

Welcome to Apple Support Communities!  From what you've said in your post, you're wanting to search for specific texts & messages in the Messages app on your iPhone using keywords.  I've had to do that myself on occasion, so I know how important it is to be able to find what you're looking for when you need it.  I'm happy to offer some advice and resources for you!

Spotlight Search on your iPhone is a great way to find what you're looking for quickly.  This article goes over the different ways you can use search on your phone:

Use Search on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

That article also mentions how to change the search settings on your iPhone, in case you want to include or exclude certain apps from the results.  You might want to check on your phone to see if Messages is disabled by going to Settings > General > Spotlight Search and looking for Messages in the alphabetical list.

    Have a great week!
