Q: My Cannon MX922 printer 3 yr old just stopped printing with my MacBook Pro. I wonder if there is an update for this device that I need to install?

Suddenly my 3 yr old Cannon MX922 printer stopped printing; it acts like its printing but it will not print the top black grid on the test page, other black and color print images on test page print ok. I have put in  new cartridges, turned it off and on and restarted it. It will not copy or print from my MacBook Pro  OSX Yosemite 10.10.5 any more.

Is there some driver update i can install? or will updating my IOS software help?
