Q: I have moved to Ireland and I'm trying to change my country/ region so I can set up a new billing system but as soon as I get to change country/ region on the iTunes setting it won't open and nothing else pops up
IM trying to change my country / region to Ireland to set up a new billing system but i can only get as far as change country/region and I click on it and nothing happened or opens up. How can I change my settings to allow me to set up a new billing system.
