Q: I have a 6 Plus, 128 gigs, and I downloaded the new 9.3.3 and it would not load the apps any longer...

I have a 6 Plus, 128 gigs, and I downloaded the new 9.3.3 and it would not load the apps any longer...just went to the white screen with the apple logo....i finally had to factory reset and now it wants a Recovery Key which I do not have. Anyone can help me?
