Aug 3, 2016 12:10 AM in response to podcastaby Roger Wilmut1,You will need to use a graphics program and create an image which is minimum 1400 x 1400 and maximum 3000 x 3000, then save it as a JPG.

Aug 3, 2016 1:57 AM in response to podcastaby Roger Wilmut1,You don't say whether you are using Windows or Mac. I use a paid-for program - Graphic Converter - on a Mac so I'm not familiar with free ones. If you're using a Mac you could ask for recommendations in the forum applicable to your system; if you are using Windows then there must be similar forums.
'Word content' is a separate matter. You have to enter that in the 'feed' - a text page in a specific style which iTunes uses to display the podcast details. You may find it helpful to read my 'get you started' page at http://wilmut.uk/pc which contains a lot of details on making a podcast.

Aug 4, 2016 4:53 AM in response to podcastaby Roger Wilmut1,If there is wording actually in the image then it's been placed into the image in an image editing program. As to downloading image, there are lots available but you should make sure that they are free for you to use - most images on the net are copyrighted but their are sources of free ones. Start here - https://www.google.com/images - you could try entering 'free stock images' in the search field.
