Q: i have problem with itunes when i connect my idevice
i have no problem while i'm using itunes without any connected devices, but when i connect my laptop to any devices, itunes does not work anymore. i have tried to delete itunes and reinstall it, but nothing changed. what can i do? thank in advance

It seems that iTunes on your Windows PC doesn't recognize your iOS devices. I see that you've already tried removing and reinstalling iTunes, but that still may be the problem. I'll be glad to help you with this.
Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later -- Even though you deleted iTunes from your PC, if the components that go along with iTunes aren't removed in the order provided in this article, the drivers may not be set properly. Follow this article to remove, then reinstall iTunes then restart your PC. When your PC comes back up, connect one of your iOS devices and iTunes should be able to see it now.
