Welcome aboard the resolution train. Here in the Apple Support Communities, you'll find exactly what you're looking for. What good is an iPhone with low speaker volume? Fear not, you've done some exceptional work on your end. Let's add one more piece to your troubleshooting.
You seem familiar with creating a backup. Let's ensure that we create a new one. Better safe than sorry:
How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Moving forward, we're going to restore the iPhone one more time. This time, however, we want to set the device up completely fresh. You will bypass the option to "Restore from backup." We want to confirm if the issue is still occurring with a clean and blank iPhone. In the setup process, on the iPhone itself, you may wish to sign in to your Apple ID along with setting up a passcode etc. The sound issue may be housed in that backup. If we restore your backup, we're essentially restoring the problem.
Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings
If the issue has been resolved, you will want to continue manually adjusting your settings. (Wallpaper, home screen layout, ringtones, Wi-Fi, etc.) Setting up an iPhone from scratch will not bring back voicemails, text messages and possibly photos. You'd want to save any important items first by emailing them to yourself, for example. If the issue is still present without your restored backup, you will want to consider servicing the device.
Here are a few resources to help with that process:
Import photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Set up an email account on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Have a spectacular week!

Thanks but it did not solve the problem.
But afrer 9.3.4 the problem is not as noticeable.
Volume is higer in ear speaker, speaker in the dock is still sounding fun.
So problem not solved but next month a new iPhone will here, so its a good chance for a replacement.

Though it's certainly great to see an improvement with your sound after the final restore and update, we can absolutely have a look further to ensure that your device is up to 100%. Here is an article that covers a few things we may have missed:
If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker
And finally, if the sound is still not at 100% capacity, feel free to give us a holler for service. Apple has dedicated Apple Authorized Service Providers and Retail stores along with many mail in options. Let us know:
Have a phenomenal day!
