Q: i am unable to change my carrier


I have a phone bought from india. this is an unlocked phone. I want to use this in United States . I bought a new pre paid sim here however unable to activate as it gives a message that phone locked by carrier . contact apple support

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.3, i am not able to chnage my carrier
