Q: Windows 10 anniversary update and iCloud

Thanks, the sign out of iCloud and back in worked for me. On signing back in, it re-installed the iCloud for Outlook stuff.

I think the problem arose not so much from the Windows 10 Anniversary Update itself, but from an update to Office 365 which happened at the same time.

This didn't work for me ... as the other comments have noted, it appears that it was the coincident update to Office 365 that caused the problem.

I didn't find that out until I had reverted to Windows 10 pre-anniversary, and still had the same problem.

... and after doing that, everything worked again, and office was able to update to the current version (16.0.7070.2033) with no trouble.

Now to see if it still works after redoing the Win10Ann update...

After updating to Anniv Ed, was broken again.

Redoing the "reversion" as above corrected it, and am now running the current version of office with iCloud, with Win10 Anniv Ed.

There has already been an update to Win10AE, so maybe this problem will eventually go away, but at least it is fixable.

This solution worked for me after doing the Win 10 AE update.  Because iCloud doesn't support Outlook 2016 (Click-to-run), I am forced to still be on Office 365 (2013 version) with iCloud 5.0.  This combo is the only way I have been able to use iCloud for Windows with Outlook.
