shift-option-0, as you found out.
Keyboard viewer is a useful tool for answering this type of question. It's found in the Input menu, which appears on the menu bar as the national flag associated with your chosen keyboard layout.
Show Input menu is a checkbox choice in System Preferences > Language and Region > Keyboard options:

Oh! I found it at shift-alt 0!
The longer dashes are at option shift 0 and option shift =.
