Why is my Iphone 6 Plus freezing, launching apps and ghost typing on its own????

At first I thought it was something I did, it started after IOS 9.3.2 update where my screen freezes and only after going in standby then unlocking my phone the screen then works... but after a minute or so it freezes again.

Then I updated to IOS 9.3.3 hoping that it would stop then others issue of it launching apps on its own and ghost typing. I can't text anyone because of the ghost typing, i can't launch apps because it launches what it wants, I am thinking of going to Samsung because I had this issue for months thinking it was something I did, then after the IOS 9.3.3 update other issues were added.

I even attempted the IOS 10 Beta and guys the issue is still there. HELP!!!!!

Restore your iPhone. If that doesn't help it is a hardware issue that you won't be able to solve by installing software of any kind. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201252

If your device is behaving erratically these steps will usually help. They assume that all of the content you want on the device is in your library ready for restoring. If it isn't see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device first. I would also recommend you copy everything out of the camera roll if you haven't already.
