Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you are having an issue with songs not playing on your iPhone. I know how important it is to be sure music plays properly on your devices. When you signed out of your old Apple ID, the music was likely removed so you will need to add the music back to the device now that you have signed in with the new Apple ID. Check out this article that talks about how to Add music from the Apple Music catalog to your library on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or PC.
Also, check out this article here to see steps for how to Use your Apple Music membership to get your music on all of your devices. Specifically:
- In the Apple Music app, tap the profile icon. Then sign in with the same Apple ID and password that you use for your Apple Music membership.
- From your device's Home screen, go to Settings > Music, and turn on iCloud Music Library.

- If you already have music on your device, you're asked if you want to Merge or Replace the music. To add the songs currently on your device to your library, choose Merge.* If you choose Replace, the music in your Apple Music library replaces all of the music on your device.
*When you choose Merge, songs on your device that are in the Apple Music catalog become instantly available to access on your other devices. On iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch, songs that we can’t match are shown on your other devices. But you won’t be able to play them on your other devices until you upload them from your Mac or PC with iTunes.
Cheers!
