Aug 4, 2016 1:38 PM in response to Linny JCby Joseph_S.,Hello Linny JC,
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
I see that you have recently upgraded to 9.3.3, and now you can't see the last two pages of apps on your iPhone. I know how critical it is that you have access to all of the apps on your iPhone. I can help you find the best resolution to this issue.
First, try to give your iPhone a fresh restart, and then test to see if you are able to see all pages of apps. This article will help:
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Next, make sure that you have a recent backup of your iPhone's important data. The following article will help:
How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
If you already have a backup, try to update the iOS software, and then test again to see if you have all pages of apps. There is a new iOS software update available (9.3.4), Update the iOS software on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple SupportAnd finally, use the following article to restore from that earlier backup, and see if you have all the pages of apps:
Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup
Best Regards.

Aug 5, 2016 6:28 AM in response to Joseph_S.by Linny JC,Hey, I think we're in business! I did everything you said, hadn't even come across the new update yet as this was a rapid follow-up update. After updating, still no apps w names halfway thru T-Z, ex no Twitter or Zappos. so RESET ALL CONTENT AND SETTINGS. It's still restoring but I do have Twitter & Zappos back. Here's something I noticed tho. Periodically I'll use RESET KEYBOARD LAYOUT to get my apps in alphabetical order. Doing this is when I noticed the problem w missing pages. BUT....again after going thru all this I git an appleID pop up asking for my PWD but the defaulted appleID was my OLD ID from my very first iPhone which was very first iPhone offered. Remember when they transitioned us to using email address as AppleID? I had gotten this pop-up before, since I still had my old PWD for it I logged in w it. ITunes still showed my email address as my AppleID but I'm wondering if this is what I screwed up which hid the icons? Why does this old ID pop up? This time I just skipped it, it gave me a warning about not being able to restore, but then of course it brought up all recent Cloud backups for both iPhone & iPad Air 2. Since I now see some apps w Z titles, I figure I'm ok, apps are all out of order so once it restores, I'll do a RESET HOME SCREEN again & will let you know if this time I KEEP VISIBLE all app icons. Thx so much, always nervous about ALL CONTENTS & SETTINGS, not sure why. Thanks so much for your help, gr8 job walking me thru the steps too, you ROCK!
