how to pair a Belkin QODE Ultimate Keyboard with an ipad2 updated to i0s 9.3.3

This is how I fixed mine:
1) I went to my Bluetooth settings and selected "Forget this device" for the keyboard.
2) I turned Bluetooth off.
3) Put keyboard in position where light is green then blue (so keyboard is "on")
4) Turn on Bluetooth and allow it to find keyboard
5) Allow Bluetooth to connect to keyboard and it will work again!
