Q: Version 12.4.3.1 Wiped my 160GB Classic IPod Clean

Do you not test the latest version before it's released?!!?!

My 160GB iPod is now completely wiped clean AND none of my iPods are recognized by my iTunes.

I downloaded 12.4.3.1 and now my iTunes is Junk!

...This is not the first time this has happened to me.

I have invested a lot of money for music from iTunes... unable to listen using my iPod.

FIX YOUR PRODUCT!!!

Cool your jets. That really *****, and I'm sorry it happened to you, but we are just users like yourself. Apple isn't here. You can submit feedback at www.apple.com/feedback.

Also, Apple does test their software. Bugs just happen sometimes.

    Hi,

I have 2 iPod classics - I sync each to different iTunes libraries on 2 different computer. I did not have any problems

Did you get an error message? Were you syncing to the same computer and library as before? Do you still have the playlists and music on your computer?
