Q: i have a iphone 6 plus stuck on the apple logo
I have an apple iPhone 6 plus that I was listening too my music through Pandora but while playing it all of a sudden music stopped and then it rebooted and got stuck on the apple logo and hasn't changed I pressed the power button and home button til the apple logo came back but still holding the home key brought up the iTunes screen but my computer didn't find my phone . I'm at my wits end.

Try again to connect in recovery mode after force restarting the phone, explained in this article:
If your iPhone, iPad, doesn't respond or won't turn on - Apple Support
If this does not work, you'll have get the phone serviced.
