Q: While logging into store, comes the review step, I have entered the card details, and the billing address, but when I click on next it keeps showing same page, with we don't charge you..., I don't understand why it won't complete, its of debit card?
Hello,
I have an iPad and I just created an apple ID when I try logging into the iTunes or appStore it's says it's never been used before so I got to review to login, and I enter all details from country, card details, and billing address, when I'm done, I click on next and it shows the same window, no matter how many times I click next, it just displays we won't charge you.....etc. I don't understand what's the problem, is it because I used a debit card or what. Please help.

Have you done as the message tells you and gone to that URL and contacted iTunes Support ? If not you will need to do so (these are user-to-user forums) :
- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
- click on your country's flag
- click on Contact Support towards the top right
- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
