I have iTunes on my laptop and all of my songs and photos are in there. And I've been syncing with my iPhone succesfully all this time but now iTunes show that the syning is happening normally but it won't show the changes on my iPhone. I even deleted all of my music library on iTunes and again nothing happened. I have versions 9.3.3 on both iTunes and my iPhone 5.

Hello, try to reset your iPhone, the changes should appear. By the way, you need to have the latest iTunes version. If you haven't installed it yet, go there Get the latest version of iTunes - Apple Support
