my son has an apple sports watch. It is only 4 weeks old. The watch will not let him change the face options. Normally you tap the screen and it gives you the options, but it wont allow him to do it. Can someone please give advise ?

To customise the watch face, when viewing the time, press firmly (do not just tap) on the screen until the current watch face "shrinks" in size and the Customise button is shown beneath it.

IVe tried those obvious things . The watch isn't working properly. I've set re-set , updated , and put it on to charge and still isn't displaying the watch features. I also have one of my own and that one is working fine. Does anyone know any customer service numbers for apple ?
