Is there a video to show how to "tap or drag the app divider to start using both apps." The iPad Air 2 was just issued to me and the split screen option is the main reason I requested the new tool. Thank you.

These features are NOT available for all apps.
Also, you may need to enable it in Settings>General>Multitasking.
