I am unable to connect Wifi. The Wifi icon is grey and does not turn green. The phone discharges very fast.
iPhone 4, iOS 9.3.2
Reboot.
Settings>General>Resets>Reset Network Settings.
Restore.
Restore as new.
Test after each step. If none of these correct the problem, make an appointment at the genius bar and have it checked.
Resetting can clear out random problems like this. Try to reset your iphone.
