I'd definitely want Apple Music and all its songs able to play for me, too. We can try out a few things and get it playing for you.
Restarting and signing out of the Apple ID are good steps and if you haven't yet, let's force close the Music app, too: Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Try it again and then make sure the iPhone is up to date, iOS 9.3.4 just came out this week: Update the iOS software on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
After that, if it's still the same, make sure there's a recent backup and the latest version of iTunes on the computer you use as we may need to restore it:
