Q: cant log in gamecenter touch screen problem?

cant restore password after ipad not active long time, the forgot your password button isnt reacting is it a problem w touch screen? also there are dont know how to describe it in english שקע says submerged sink depression there are not holes or dents  ? they dont pass photo. in the screen it looks like if it was a paper it would be not straight but maybe from water ? folds? in it in diffrent areas. why? ipad air 1 ? ios 9.3.3
