Q: unable to sign into iMessage/facetime

Hi, I recently changed my apple id email and now I am unable to sign into iMessage and FaceTime.

Even after signing out and back into all of the fields, i'm still getting the same result. And I even get a pop up that ask to sign in, but it still shows the old apple id email.

anyone else have the same issues?

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.3

Demo has placed a call for others to help. Hang in there a bit, someone may have an idea. If nothing develops here I would suggest contacting Apple ID Support. This one looks rather difficult to me.

Bummer.
I recommend what the others have... choose "other" + "topic not listed" to ensure contact with a real person if you are not in a location where ONLY phone contact is available
