A couple days ago I installed the latest iPhone update. It was fine. Now Safari is not working.
It opens normally but then it locks down. I can enter say, cnn.com, the "wheel" will start turning but that's it. Nothing else happens and stays like that indefinitely.
I have restarted the iPhone a few times now and no improvement. Please help.

Try these standard troubleshooting steps.
Reset: hold down the Home and Power buttons until you see the Apple logo (10-20 seconds).
If this doesn't help, you might need to Restore your iPhone.

If your backup is to iTunes, make sure it's an encrypted backup.

Try resetting Safari. This takes care of most Safari / Web page issues. Close Safari completely from the app switcher window by double clicking the Home button and swiping up the Safari preview pane until it disappears from the screen. Then go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data. Then do a forced restart. Hold down the Home and Wake/Sleep buttons at the same time for about 15-20 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
