What is the warranty on the Smart Battery Case? I have used it since January and loved it until it stopped working last week. I have tried other Smart Battery Packs and they charge my phone's battery, so I have eliminated any other problems. The case is fully charged, but will not charge my phone.

The Apple Smart Battery Case is covered by Apple's One Year Limited Warranty.
How do I file a warranty claim? I purchased the Smart Battery Case in January and it quit working last week. I have tried other smart battery cases and they work, but my battery case does not work on other iPhone 6s.

I haven't heard anything on this. Who do I need to call or email? Someone gave me a case # and they were supposed to let me know how to proceed with the warranty claim.
