All we can recommend is for you at this point is to verify BT is turned on and check the manufacturer of the headphones and see if they support the version of OS X installed on the computer.

We cannot tell what you have done, what system you have or anything unless you write a description that paints a clear picture, that was all I was attempting to communicate. As may have noted, I asked the moderators to remove the rude comments.
