Q: magazine subscription through iTunes.

I have a subscription to Cruising world magazine which runs to February 2017. I have not been able to download the latest updates for July and August. The company said I need iOS 7 but I'm running iOS 9. How do I access my subscription?

Update your device to the latest iOS version 9.3.4.

Tap Settings > General > Software Update

Then try downloading the Cruising World updates for July and August.

On iTunes it states iOS 7 or later.... https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/cruising-world-mag/id439708641?mt=8

If updating your device didn't help, what you can do is delete that app the re download it. You shouldn't lose your subscription by deleting then re downloading the app.

I have the same app installed on both an iPhone and iPad running the latest iOS 9.3.4 without any problems.

I Have already tried this option.
I can reload the issues that I had downloaded before but can not get the current months issue.
