Q: Apple Id from India but now in USA

I created my apple ID when I was in India but now i moved to USA and i am using an iphone 6s and would like my apple id to behave like i am in USA and thus all the itunes and app store purchases should accept my USA credit card ..

 

i tried changing my apple id profile and updating the payment info and country but no luck yet ..

 

Please help!
