I am trying to do a backup on my Iphone 5s. I am going using ICloud. Problem

I am trying to do a backup on my Iphone 5s but have been unsuccessful. I hooked it into the USB port on my PC

and I am using ICloud to do the backup. Problem one....I forgot my user ID on ICloud, so I created a new one along

with the password. Now I cannot gain access through ICloud, because it will not allow me to change the user ID.

Problem #2 - I cannot get Wifi access (although I did before on my Iphone). I believe it has to do with my login through

ICloud. Please advise.....
