Q: Nothing Shows Up on iTunes Store

I would be grateful if someone could help me.

Starting from Wednesday, when I access iTunes Store on my iMac, nothing shows up.

All I can see is a blank page as shown below.

I have already checked "Updates" on App Store and confirmed that no updates is required.

I do not know if they are related or not, the pages on App Store also malfunction at the same time.

They are distorted as shown below.

    Hi there, tinloklee!

Thanks so much for using the Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, I see that both the iTunes and App Stores on your iMac aren't loading as expected.  I use both stores regularly to download music, movies, and apps, so I know how important it is for them to be working. I would be happy to help provide you with some troubleshooting steps!

Start with the article below, which outlines some steps to take if you're having trouble connecting to the iTunes Store. The steps will at the same time work to help with any connection issues you may be having with the App Store, as well.

If you can’t connect to the iTunes Store

If you're still having trouble after going through that article, you can also try testing your connection in another user account on your iMac. The following article will review with you why this step can help, and walk you through setting up a new account if you're not sure how.

How to test an issue in another user account on your Mac

    Have a great day!

Thank you very much for your help.

I have followed the steps in both links, but the problem persists.

It seems that the problem has to do with software or hardware issues.

I erased OS X El Capitan and reinstalled it today.

    Everything works well now.

Thanks again for all your help.
