Turned on our extra laptop and it shows a new administrator picture and is asking for the password. None of the passwords we used are working. Every time I power off the computer and then turn it back on the same kiwi picture saying it is an administrator comes up asking for the password.
what do you think??

I understand from your post that one of your computers are showing a new administrator user account at login. I know how important it is for you to be able to login to your computer again. I recommend using one of the suggestions in the following article to help reset the administrator password:
