Trackpad not scrolling

Brand new iMac out of the box. Magic trackpad is not scrolling. Tried all settings in "trackpad" in System Preferences.

Any suggestions?

If you followed the instructions here, your trackpad should work fine. Have you seen this document? If not, follow what it says and then tell us what happened.

I think I solved it, thanks. I wasn't using 2 fingers to scroll. It works now just fine. Hey, don't blame me...never used a Mac before! 😉
