Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. After reviewing your post, I see that there is an album you purchased from the iTunes Store that you cannot find on your iOS device. You've tried to redownload it, but are not able to, even though it shows as Purchased in the iTunes Store. I listen to a lot of music, and frequently purchase from the iTunes Store, so I understand how important it is to have access to your content. I'd be happy to help!
First, make sure your purchases are set to display on your iOS device. You can do this by making sure the "Show Apple Music" toggle under Settings > Music is turned on. If it's already on, or turning it on does not display your purchase album, try the steps in the following article:
