Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It appears that you are having some issues with your Wi-Fi signal when you turn your Bluetooth on. I use both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth so I can understand your concern. I know it is important to be able to have a good Wi-Fi signal. I'll be happy to provide some information on this for you.
Potential sources of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth interference, this article goes over some great information that could be causing some interference between your Wi-Fi network and Bluetooth.
I recommend booting the Mac into safe mode and then turning on your Bluetooth to see if you notice a difference in the Wi-Fi. To return to your user account from safe mode, simply restart the Mac.
