It is my understanding that you have recently moved to China and are no longer able to stream music with Apple Music. I know how important it is for you to be able to steam your music where ever you may be. Have you changed the country of the iTunes and App Store yet to reflect your new home country?If not, this article will provide you with the information about updating the country information:

Aug 5, 2016 7:37 PM in response to RickMan233by Limnos,Many of Apple's cloud services are restricted to the country to which you are signed and may also use methods to prevent you from using them outside the country. I could easily see China being one of those which itself may have restrictions on what you can do with services outside the country.
