Seems like a display problem. I would make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

My MacBook Pro model is "MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013)".
This problem only occurs on my Retina display. 😟
So I think my display LED backlight was broken.

After my MacBook into "sleep" then "wakeup", this issue was solved. 🙂
