How to export epub books from iBooks

Aloha,

Im using Mac OS X 10.11.6 and iBooks 1.5

I activated iCloud sync for iBooks.

I imported books in epub format.

This books I wrote by myself or they are from friends, so I own full rights to them

Unfortunately I can not export them from iBooks.

Also I don't see the folder in finder.

The only possibility I found out so far,

is to go to the folder within a terminal session.

Also when I search in Spotlight for the book title I found it:

but I can not access it from finder.

I think the folder is now:

~/Library/Mobile Documents/iCloud~com~apple~iBooks/Documents

Any hint how to solve this?

Thanks

Marcel

PS

See also this post for an explanation which folders are now used:

Hi,

thanks for the link.

On the link the location of the iBooks folder is outdated,

since 10.11.4 and when you active iCloud for Ibooks then the location is:

~/Library/Mobile Documents/iCloud~com~apple~iBooks/Documents

But the idea with changing the hidden flags sounds interesting.

Unfortunately it still does not work.

I can not access the folder

~/Library/Mobile Documents/iCloud~com~apple~iBooks/Documents

from finder.

Some times Apple ***** really.

Why can I not access my epub books and export them?

Is there no one else who have the same problem / wish?

Cheers

Marcel
