Photoshop plugins not showing in filters

Hi

Forgive me as I expect this has been asked but searched and couldn't find the answer and am new to my iMac.

Have downloaded plugins for Topaz,Nik and focus Magic and put in Photoshop plug in folder but they still don't show up when editing. Have tried several times but to no avail. I have the latest Photoshop cc subscription version. Any suggestions? Many thanks.
